To wrap up learning about electrical energy, 4th grade students applied their knowledge to a real life scenario by making a functioning flashlight! In this investigation, students learned the anatomy of a battery and explored different ways to use a conductor (aluminum foil) to make a switch for the LED light to function.

Ping Pong Tables for Sale. Hardin Northern School has two ping pong tables for sale. Both are used and have been repaired over the years, however, still in good usable condition. Tables are sold as is and have no nets, paddles, or other accessories. The tables fold up as seen in the pictures and can be rolled around in the folded position. Tables are $25.00 Each. Buyers are responsible for removal and loading of the tables. To claim one or both tables either email Brian Webb at brian.webb@hardinnorthern.org or call 419-759-2331 ext 1218. We will use the date and time stamp to determine who gets the tables.
Hardin Northern 2nd graders have been working hard on their how-to writing, and this time the topic was “How to make a Pizza!” After carefully writing out the steps, they put their words into action by making their own pepperoni pizzas to enjoy. Great job 2nd graders!🍕
