Yesterday, the Sophomore Student Leaders United group met at Ridgemont. Students worked with Jami Dellifield from the OSU Extension Office on determining their "Real Color". The Real Color Personality Assessment helps individuals examine their likes & dislikes which places them into one of four categories: Orange, Blue, Green, or Gold. Students collaborated with others who had similar personalities and those who may be opposite of them. Students learned that all personality types offer different skills, knowledge, & insight when working to reach goals as a group. Kathy Oliver also presented to the group providing history about the Hardin Leadership group (adults) and the Youth Leadership group (youth, 1994-2015). Students were shocked to know so many previous Youth Leadership Graduates! Do you recognize any names on the list?
