The Polar Pantry is an after school drink/snack program available for students involved in extra curricular activities. Students are able to grab something to eat & drink so they are fueled for practices & games. The pantry also supplies the Polar Power-Up Packs for JH & HS students to have food & drinks for over the weekend. During the month of August, 92 different students utilized the pantry and 442 "meals" were provided.
The Polar Pantry is funded with the help of United Way, the West Ohio Food Bank, and donations from our community.

Our third graders have been hard at work crafting their own narrative stories, and now it’s time to celebrate! To mark the end of our writing unit, we will be holding a Publishing Party where students will share their finished pieces with one another. This special event gives our young writers the chance to shine as “real authors,” showcasing their creativity, effort, and growth.
To make the celebration extra sweet, we will enjoy some cookie treats together after sharing. We are so proud of our third graders’ hard work and can’t wait to celebrate their achievements in writing!

Yesterday, the Hardin Northern Varsity Golf team competed in the Ridgedale Invitational at Three Sticks Golf Club in Marion.
Congratulations to Kylie Lenhart, who competed in the girls’ division and shot an impressive 82, earning medalist honors and finishing in 1st place! 🏆
The Polar Bear boys finished strong, placing 3rd with a team score of 351.
Top scorers for the boys were:
• Cody Thiel– 79
• Xaviour Emerine– 82
• Zander Richardson – 88
• Zack Hartman – 102
