Hardin Northern's Half-Day Preschool has been learning all about fairy tales! We've read multiple versions of some classics, such as "The Three Billy Goats Gruff" and "The Three Little Pigs". We have worked on comparing and contrasting the differences as well as retelling the story through play! We've loved seeing the students get into character and reenact the different parts of the story!

Way to go Rhys! 👏

A Title I Meeting will begin the PTO meeting at 6:30 on April 8th.

The first graders finished their fairy tale unit this week. During the past three weeks they have read and compared many different fairy tales. The first graders wrote their own fairy tales, wrote letters to a Little Red Riding Hood character, wrote about which one of Snow White's dwarves they are like, wrote a letter to The Three Bears, and explained the steps on how to clean a cottage. The students also solved some Snow White word puzzles and watched Snow White. To finish the week they completed 8 fairy tale stem challenges! The first graders enjoyed learning about fairy tales!!
